Okay so Howlite is supposed to be one of the higher ups close to White Diamond, They have a calming presence and is very soft spoken and quiet, when they do talk though it's usually something important. Their weapon is a black rapier. Also it says that Howlite is easily dyed so I translated that as they can easily fuse with any gem.
